Refund Policy
01 Nature of Services
Flux Harbor provides digital and remote educational services. These services may include live online learning sessions, instructional materials, workflow guides, checklists, practical training resources, and other educational content delivered electronically.
Because Flux Harbor services involve time-based instruction, preparation of educational materials, digital delivery, and access to learning resources, refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery at the time the refund request is received.
02 Refund Requests Before Service Delivery
A learner may request a refund before the purchased service has started, before access to digital materials has been provided, and before any scheduled learning session has taken place.
Refund requests submitted before service delivery begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on whether any preparation work, scheduling, custom material development, or administrative processing has already occurred.
To request a refund before service delivery, contact Flux Harbor at support@fluxharbor-education.com with your name, order details, service purchased, payment date, and reason for the request.
03 Digital Materials and Downloadable Resources
Refunds are generally not available once digital instructional materials, downloadable resources, learning guides, workflow checklists, templates, or self-study content have been delivered or made accessible to the learner.
This is because digital educational materials cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods once access has been provided. By purchasing a service that includes digital materials, you acknowledge that access to such materials may affect refund eligibility.
04 Live or Guided Online Sessions
For services that include live or guided online learning sessions, refunds are generally not available after a session has been delivered, started, or missed by the learner without reasonable advance notice.
If a learner cannot attend a scheduled session, the learner should contact Flux Harbor as soon as possible. Flux Harbor may offer rescheduling at its discretion, depending on availability and the circumstances of the missed session.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in the session being treated as completed and non-refundable.
05 Partially Delivered Services
Where a service has been partially delivered, Flux Harbor may review the refund request and determine whether a partial refund, service credit, rescheduling option, or no refund is appropriate.
Factors considered may include:
- The amount of instructional time already provided.
- The volume of digital materials already delivered or accessed.
- The amount of preparation, customization, or administrative work already completed.
- Whether the learner provided timely notice of cancellation or scheduling issues.
- Whether the service issue was caused by Flux Harbor or by circumstances outside Flux Harbor's control.
06 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- The learner has already received access to digital educational materials.
- The learner has already attended or started a live online session.
- The learner missed a scheduled session without reasonable notice.
- The learner requested a refund because they expected certification, accreditation, licensing, or formal credentials, despite Flux Harbor clearly stating that all services are non-certified.
- The learner violated Flux Harbor's Terms of Service or acceptable use rules.
- The learner no longer wants the service after substantial preparation or delivery has already occurred.
07 No Guarantee of Learning Outcomes
Flux Harbor does not guarantee any specific learning result, employment outcome, professional advancement, software proficiency level, business result, or income-related benefit from participation in its educational services.
Refunds will not be granted solely because a learner did not achieve a personal, professional, financial, or technical outcome that was not expressly guaranteed in writing by Flux Harbor.
08 Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or billed without authorization, please contact Flux Harbor promptly at support@fluxharbor-education.com.
Flux Harbor will review reported billing errors and, where a genuine billing mistake is confirmed, will issue an appropriate correction or refund through the original payment method where possible.
09 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or financial institution involved.
Flux Harbor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions after a refund has been submitted for processing.
10 Chargebacks
Learners are encouraged to contact Flux Harbor before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Most billing concerns can be reviewed and resolved directly through communication with Flux Harbor.
Flux Harbor reserves the right to provide transaction records, service delivery evidence, access logs, correspondence, and other relevant documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in response to chargebacks or payment disputes.
