01 About Flux Harbor
Flux Harbor is a remote online education provider that delivers non-certified instructional services focused on AI tools, SaaS platforms, digital product workflows, and practical digital skill development. Flux Harbor operates from 21400 E Quincy Ave, Aurora, CO 80015, United States.
All services offered by Flux Harbor are educational in nature. Flux Harbor is not an accredited educational institution and does not hold any academic accreditation, government authorization, or formal licensing to issue educational credentials. No qualification, certificate, diploma, license, or official credential of any kind is issued upon completion of any Flux Harbor service.
The purpose of all Flux Harbor services is to provide practical, task-oriented learning support to individuals seeking to understand and apply AI tools, digital platforms, and workflow systems in their everyday work environments.
02 Services Provided
Flux Harbor offers the following categories of remote educational services:
- Applied AI Learning Modules: structured learning programs focused on practical AI tool usage, task planning with AI, and review of real-use AI application scenarios.
- Digital Product Skills Training: remote training on popular digital platforms, SaaS tools, and digital content creation systems, delivered through step-by-step practical guidance.

All services are delivered entirely remotely. Flux Harbor does not conduct in-person training, on-site consulting, or physical instruction of any kind. Service delivery methods may include online session formats, downloadable instructional materials, structured guides, and checklist-based learning resources.
The specific scope, format, and content of each service will be communicated to the learner prior to or at the time of service commencement. Flux Harbor reserves the right to adjust delivery formats, materials, and session structures where necessary, provided that the core educational value of the service is maintained.
03 Non-Certification Disclosure
Flux Harbor expressly states that all services are non-certified and educational in nature only. This means:
- No certificate, diploma, qualification, or formal credential is issued upon completion of any Flux Harbor service or program.
- Flux Harbor training does not satisfy any professional licensing requirement, regulatory training mandate, or institutional qualification standard.
- Completion of any Flux Harbor service does not constitute proof of professional competency, technical expertise, or vocational qualification for any job, role, or professional position.
- Flux Harbor is not affiliated with any academic institution, government body, or professional certification organization.
- Learners should not represent Flux Harbor training as certified, accredited, or formally recognized education in any professional, legal, or institutional context.
Flux Harbor services are designed exclusively to help individuals develop practical understanding of digital tools for their own use in everyday work tasks. Any other interpretation or application of Flux Harbor educational content is the sole responsibility of the learner.
04 Eligibility and Account Requirements
To access Flux Harbor services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under 18.
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a learning request, purchasing a service, or creating an account.
- Have access to a stable internet connection and the necessary devices to participate in remote learning sessions or access digital instructional materials.
- Agree to use Flux Harbor services solely for lawful, personal educational purposes consistent with these Terms of Service.
Flux Harbor reserves the right to deny access to any individual who provides false information, violates these Terms of Service, or uses Flux Harbor services for purposes that are unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with the educational mission of Flux Harbor.
05 Payments and Pricing
All prices for Flux Harbor services are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without advance notice. The price applicable to your service will be confirmed at the time of purchase or agreement.
Payment is required prior to the commencement of any service unless otherwise agreed in writing with Flux Harbor. Flux Harbor does not offer deferred payment, installment plans, or credit terms unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Flux Harbor does not store, access, or retain your payment card information. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your local jurisdiction in connection with your purchase.
In the event of a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact Flux Harbor promptly at support@fluxharbor-education.com. Flux Harbor will investigate all reported billing discrepancies and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
06 Intellectual Property
All instructional materials, guides, checklists, session content, workflow resources, and digital learning assets provided by Flux Harbor are the intellectual property of Flux Harbor and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase of a Flux Harbor service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the provided materials for your own educational purposes. This license does not permit:
- Reproduction, copying, or distribution of Flux Harbor materials in any form without prior written permission.
- Resale, sublicensing, or commercial use of any Flux Harbor educational content.
- Modification, translation, or creation of derivative works based on Flux Harbor materials.
- Sharing of login credentials, session access, or materials with third parties not covered by the original purchase.
Any unauthorized use of Flux Harbor intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access to services and may expose you to legal liability. Flux Harbor actively monitors for unauthorized use and distribution of its educational content.
07 Limitation of Liability
Flux Harbor provides all educational services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flux Harbor makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, quality, or suitability of any service, material, or information provided.
Flux Harbor does not guarantee that participation in its educational services will result in any specific professional outcome, employment result, skill attainment level, or tool proficiency. Learning outcomes depend entirely on the individual learner's effort, prior knowledge, and application of the training received.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux Harbor's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or any Flux Harbor service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the learner for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Flux Harbor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of income, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from the use of or inability to use Flux Harbor services.
08 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Flux Harbor services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms of Service. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using Flux Harbor services to engage in or facilitate any illegal activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Flux Harbor systems, accounts, or materials.
- Disrupting, interfering with, or degrading the performance of Flux Harbor's digital platforms or sessions.
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or copy Flux Harbor content without authorization.
- Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or credentials when interacting with Flux Harbor.
- Sharing or distributing Flux Harbor session recordings, materials, or content without express written permission.
Flux Harbor reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to services for any individual found to be in violation of these acceptable use provisions, without refund and without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
09 Modifications to Services and Terms
Flux Harbor reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or resource at any time, with or without advance notice. In cases where a purchased service is significantly altered or discontinued prior to delivery, Flux Harbor will make reasonable efforts to notify affected learners and offer appropriate alternatives or remedies.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The revised Terms will be published at the applicable page on the Flux Harbor website, and the date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of Flux Harbor services after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of Flux Harbor services shall first be submitted for informal resolution by contacting Flux Harbor at support@fluxharbor-education.com. Flux Harbor will make a good-faith effort to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be handled by the appropriate state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the resolution of any dispute related to Flux Harbor services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.
11 Learner Responsibilities
Learners are responsible for actively participating in sessions, reviewing provided materials, completing any suggested practice tasks, and applying the information in a reasonable and lawful manner. Flux Harbor may provide guidance, examples, templates, and workflow suggestions, but the learner remains solely responsible for how such information is used.
Learners are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, devices, software subscriptions, third-party platform accounts, and login credentials. Flux Harbor will never request sensitive passwords or full payment card details during ordinary service delivery.
12 Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Flux Harbor educational services may reference or demonstrate third-party AI tools, SaaS platforms, digital applications, or workflow systems. These third-party tools are owned and operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, and availability.
Flux Harbor does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes to their features, pricing, access rules, performance, outages, or data practices. Any decision to create an account with, purchase, or use a third-party tool is made independently by the learner.
13 Service Access and Scheduling
Where a service includes live or guided online sessions, scheduling will be arranged based on availability and confirmed communication between the learner and Flux Harbor. Learners are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and ensuring that their device, internet connection, and required software are functional before the session begins.
If a learner misses a scheduled session without reasonable notice, Flux Harbor may treat the session as delivered. Rescheduling may be offered at Flux Harbor's discretion and may be subject to availability.
14 Termination
Flux Harbor may suspend or terminate access to any service, material, or session if a learner violates these Terms of Service, engages in abusive conduct, attempts unauthorized distribution of materials, provides false information, or uses Flux Harbor services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Termination for breach may occur without refund where permitted by law. Sections concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, payment obligations, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
